New Secretary sought  for the Village Hall Management Committee

 As from 1 September 2020.

This is a voluntary post supporting the work of the management committee. Duties are to prepare an Agenda for and to take Minutes at the monthly committee meetings generally held on the second Wednesday of the month at 8pm, write a short article for the bi-monthly village newsletter and to assist the committee as requested.

The current secretary, by agreement,  is the point of contact for the advisory body the Community Council for Somerset and is one of those who can access the Charity Commission on behalf of the Management Committee.
