New and amended planning applications continue to be received from, and processed by, South Somerset District Council (SSDC). All details are available via the links on the new Planning Applications page on this website under the Parish Council menu tab. This page also explains how the Parish Council will operate during the restrictions and how you can comment on applications.

The latest applications/approvals received by the Parish Council from SSDC as of 8 April 2020 are:

Application No: 19/02729/FUL Alterations to agricultural buildings with change of use to the buildings and land to D1 Non-residential institution use. New House Farm Stowey Road Fivehead. This application has been amended by the applicants to provide further information requested by the SSDC Planning Committee on 26 February 2020. Observations on the amendments are requested direct to SSDC by 27 April 2020.
