Coronavirus – Important message from Playing Fields Management Committee

IMPORTANT NOTICE #Fivehead play area, exercise area and Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) are closed until further notice. Please do not go and use them as the virus can remain on surfaces for up to 72 hours. Parents, please ensure your children do not go there if they are out unaccompanied. Thank you.

At this time (25 March 2020), the Government has advised to keep parks open so people have safe places to go to exercise alone or in family groups. The Playing Fields Committee will monitor how this goes and may take further action to restrict use if people fail to follow the rules on social distancing while using the Playing Fields.
