A361 near Durston closes 19 Feb 2018 for essential resurfacing

A 1.7-mile section of the A361 near Durston between Walford Cross and the Sedgemoor border will be fully resurfaced. Due to the narrow width of the carriageway it will be necessary to close the road during working hours.

Works start on Monday 19 February with the road closed for 15 days between 7.30am to 6.30pm. Works in the Walford Cross junction area will be carried out at night to minimise disruption to local businesses. This is programmed to start on Wednesday 28 February and take 3 nights with the road closed 6pm to 7am.

A suggested diversion route suitable for all vehicles is at www.travelsomerset.co.uk/roadworks or will be clearly signposted on site. You can also stay up to date with this and other roadworks schemes by following @TravelSomerset on Twitter.
