I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who helped or supported the Village Fete last Saturday. I felt it was a great success but a shame we had to cancel the Dog Show; perhaps we will try again next year.
We raised in excess of £1000 to be split between the Village Hall, Playing Fields, Drama Group and the Levels Scout Group.
We now start planning next year’s event which is provisionally planned for Saturday July 13th 2019. If anyone would like to assist on the organising committee you would be more than welcome or if you have any suggestions as to what you would like to see at the fete please contact me either by phone or email.
We will be holding a wash-up for this year’s event in the Village Hall Committee room on Tuesday 24th July at 8*pm, all welcome.
